MJH Multi has been appointed by Ingenia Lifestyle for the construction of their latest over-55s community, Archer's Run.

Construction has commenced for Ingenia Lifestyle’s newest over-55s community, located in Morisset, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Hunter Region.

Located on the former Morisset Golf Course, this thoughtfully planned community will cater to over 1,000 future residents with homes, pocket parks and entire clubhouse dedicated to wellness.

Upon completion of stage-1 in mid-2025, this over-55's community will feature 55 lakeside villa-style homes, featuring 2 or 3-bedroom, single-storey floor plans.
