MJH Multi has completed Stage 1 of Aveo’s Shortland Waters Retirement Village, consisting of 50 single level Independent Living Units and under/over apartments.
MJH Multi has completed construction of stage 1, of Shortland Water Retirement Village after successfully completing a consultancy agreement with Aveo for the design review, cost planning, value management and development of the architectural construction documentation for stage 1 of the village. The project consists of 50 single level Independent Living Units and under/over apartments.
The project is located within Shortland Waters Golf Course, with many of the homes overlooking the links. The stunning location is complemented by the layout of the village and high standard of landscaped areas; including communal pocket parks and BBQ areas.
Despite the various utility services not being available during much of the construction of stage 1 of the village, MJH multi completed the construction of the project within the defined timeframes.
The 50 Independent Living Units Villas and Apartments were constructed in compliance with the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability) 2004, (SEPP-HSPD). The project was delivered on time in August 2017.
In 2018, MJH Multi was awarded the HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for Specialised Housing 2018. This award recognises and signifies the great teamwork that MJH Multi has achieved in the construction of this project and the great outcome it can bring about for our clients.
