Construction of 52 Independent Living Unit villas within Stockland’s master-planned community of Willowdale.

MJH Multi has delivered the first two stages of Stockland’s master planned community of Willowdale Retirement Village.

The project consisted of 52 Independent Living Unit villas designed and built to meet the requirements of the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability) 2004, (SEPP-HSPD).

The first stage of 23 homes was delivered within very tight construction timeframes of 18 weeks and in conjunction with the civil works. A high degree of co-ordination was required across multiple trade disciplines. The second stage of 29 homes was competed in September 2016.
